"I had to send back a lens..."
I had to send back a lens that just wasn’t really working out for what I needed. I thought the return was gonna be annoying, but it ended up being super simple and not a big deal at all.
They got back to me quick, laid out the steps clearly, and the refund showed up without me having to keep emailing or chase anyone down. Always nice when a return is handled like normal and not made weird, ya know.
"Prints turned out really nice"
I ordered a few photo prints they came out better than I thought they would. The colors looked right, the paper felt nice and sturdy, and I didn’t notice any weird lines or blurry spots. Happy with them.

I traded my stuff in the value they offered was better than I expected. The whole process was super easy and didn’t feel like a hassle at all. I feel like that was a good deal, right?

"Pretty good rental experience overall"
I rented a lens for weekend and it went smooth. Pickup was easy, and the gear was clean and worked like it should. The staff answered my questions without making it feel like a big deal, which I appreciated. Only thing was return line was a little slow, but not terrible. I’d rent from them again

"Nice enough visit, but checkout dragged a bit"
I stopped in to check out a used lens and pick up some film, and overall it was a relaxed experience. The staff was friendly without being pushy, which I personally appreciate because I like having a little space to look things over and make up my own mind.
The prices felt a little higher than what I was hoping for, and the checkout process took longer than I expected for a simple purchase. I wouldn’t say it was a bad stop by any means, just one of those visits that felt fine rather than especially memorable.

"Nice prints, but I expected clearer instructions"
I ordered some photo prints from Pro Photo Supply and was really happy with how they turned out. The colors were close to what I was seeing on my screen, and the paper had a nice feel to it, so no complaints on the actual print quality.
The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that the order took a little longer than I thought it would, and I was expecting clearer instructions or updates along the way. It wasn’t a huge issue, though, and I’d still use them again for future prints

Checking out was fine. No issues there. But then I was just kind of waiting... and waiting. The shipping updates barely came through, and when they did, it felt way too late. Not the worst experience, but the delay was frustrating.

"Order was exactly right"
Everything showed up exactly like I ordered it, with no missing items or weird substitutions. The invoice matched what was in the box, and it was all packed well. that’s how it should be, if you take someone’s money, you ought to get the order right. Happy with the whole thing.

I had to go back and forth a few times over a warranty issue, and it started to feel like I was trapped in this endless loop of waiting and asking the same questions. The staff were nice enough, but I didn’t really get clear info about what was happening or when it would be resolved. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just really frustrating when you’re trying to get help and don’t feel like you’re getting anywhere...

I’ll give them credit — they actually had the lens I needed when everywhere else was out, which was a nice change. A couple of the filters I wanted were backordered, because apparently that’s just how these things go, but overall their stock was solid. Not perfect, but definitely better than most places I checked.

I stopped in while I was in a relaxed mood and just wanted to browse a bit, and I was surprised by the mix of camera gear they had. The used lenses and bags stood out the most to me, and I found most of what I needed without having to hunt too hard. A few things I was hoping to check out were out of stock, but overall it was a solid selection...

"Packaging was okay, but who’s actually responsible?"
I ordered a camera accessory from prophotosupply.com and it did show up on time, so I’ll give them that. But the outer box looked rough, like it had been bounced around a bit too much in transit.
The padding inside was decent, but not as protective as I’d expect for photo gear. The item was fine, luckily, but it was also kind of annoying that it wasn’t clear who really “owned” the packaging issue, the store, the warehouse, or the carrier. Overall, not awful, but definitely could’ve been handled with more care.

I actually enjoyed browsing the site, and the layout was easy enough to get around, but I kept noticing the prices were a bit higher than I expected. A couple of items I looked at were cheaper on other sites, even down to small differences like a few dollars here and there, which made it feel not totally fair. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but I wouldn’t say the value really stood out

"Pretty quick and honestly a relief"
I was hoping the order would move along fast, and it actually got handled quicker than I expected. It wasn’t exactly same-day lightning fast, but I didn’t feel stressed or stuck waiting around forever either. Overall, it felt like a solid turnaround and the whole thing was hassle-free.

I sent in a couple rolls to get processed and scanned, and overall I was really happy with how everything turned out. The colors looked clean to me, and downloading the scans was straightforward. It took about as long as I was expecting, and I didn’t notice any scratches or weird problems with the negatives. I’ve tried a few different labs, and this one felt like one of the easier ones to deal with. I’ll probably send my next batch here too.

"Pretty trustworthy camera shop"
I ordered from Pro Photo Supply when I was in a excited mood about getting some new camera gear, and overall it was a smooth experience. The website seemed legit, the prices were easy to understand, and my item arrived just like it was supposed to. The shipping update took a little longer than I expected at first, which made me slightly impatient, but everything turned out fine.
